Self-introduction
Director Tadashi Aso
Aso Insurance Design Co., Ltd.
I was born in November 1966. I grew up in Narimasu Itabashi-ku, Tokyo. I studied at Narimasugaoka Elementary School, Akatsuka Second Junior High School, Koishikawa High School, Rikkyo University.
After graduating from university, I worked at a company for two and a half years. After that, in October 1992, I founded "Office Aso" as a sole proprietor. In June 2006, I changed the name of the company to "Aso Insurance Design Co., Ltd."

11月生まれ。東京都板橋区成増で育つ。
板橋区立成増ヶ丘小学校、板橋区立赤塚第二中学校、
東京都立小石川高校（現 東京都立小石川中等教育学校）、
立教大学で学ぶ。
1992年10月に個人事務所「オフィス朝生」を設立。
2006年6月に「アソウ・インシュアランス・デザイン株式会社」に社名を変更。
Message
Working over the years, I think that ideas and actions are very important. We do what we came up with, we just start over if we fail. I think that the repetition will nurture the ability that only we can do.
Our company is doing quite special work. Our know-how is that countless mistakes have been brought up, which anyone can not imitate.
I think that we will still fail in the future, but I think that we will do whatever we want freely.

長年仕事をしてきて思うのは、アイディアと行動力が最も重要だということです。私たちは何かを思いついたらやってみて、失敗したらやり直すだけです。その繰り返しが、自分だけにしかできない能力を育てるのだと思います。
私たちの会社はかなり特殊な業務を行なっています。私たちのノウハウは、数え切れない失敗が育て上げた、誰にも真似できないものです。
これから先も私たちはまだまだ失敗すると思いますが、やりたいことを自由にやっていこうと思います。

Roots
My surname is unusual, it's roots are in Chiba.. When I was a boy, in summer vacation, I stayed with my brother and sister at my parent's home in Kujukuri and have spent the summer days.
In that time, the Aso family of Kujukuri was doing soy sauce brewing. The brewery is out of business now, I got the apron at that time and decorated it on the wall of our office.

私の朝生という姓は珍しいですが、千葉県にそのルーツがあります。少年時代、夏休みになると兄妹と一緒に九十九里にある親の生家に預けられ、夏の日々を過ごしてきました。
私が子供の頃、九十九里の朝生家は醤油の醸造を行っていました。今その醸造所はありません。私は当時の前掛けを譲り受け、事務所の壁に飾っています。
